I am a therapist specialized in two body-centered approaches, namely Somatic Experiencing and Hakomi.
Both approaches share a common foundation of guided self-discovery. They allow you to find out how you can regulate your nervous-system and overcome beliefs and habits that may not be serving you.
Through mindfulness and body awareness, we work together for you to explore your inner world, uncover unconscious patterns, and create space for healing. It’s a gentle process that empowers you to reconnect with your body, emotions, and authentic self.
My journey with these practices has been one of learning to be kind and compassionate with myself and to move through life with more energy. Today it brings me joy being able to guide others on their path.

Hakomi is a mindful, body-based practice that helps us uncover and understand the beliefs and patterns that shape our lives. Through gentle guidance, we explore how these patterns show up in our bodies and minds, allowing for insights into how they affect us and how we might choose a different path. It’s a deeply compassionate process that helps you become more connected to yourself and your experiences.
Somatic Experiencing focuses on the body’s natural ability to heal from trauma. By tuning into physical sensations and the nervous system, it supports the release of stress and trauma stored in the body. This method helps to restore balance and resilience, leaving you feeling more grounded and at ease in your daily life.
