I am a Psychologist specialized in two body-centered approaches, namely Somatic Experiencing® and Hakomi.

Both approaches share a common foundation of guided self-discovery. They allow you to find out how you can regulate your nervous-system and overcome beliefs and habits that may not be serving you.

Through mindfulness and body awareness, we work together for you to explore your inner world, uncover unconscious patterns, and create space for healing. It’s a gentle process that allows you to reconnect with your body, emotions, and authentic self.
