I am an English, German and Spanish speaking Psychologist offering counseling sessions to support your mental health.
My approach can be described as a guided self-discovery. It allows you to find out how you can regulate your nervous-system and overcome beliefs and habits that may not be serving you.
Through mindfulness and body awareness, we work together for you to explore your inner world, uncover unconscious patterns, and create space for healing. It’s a gentle process that allows you to reconnect with yourself and move towards a more fulfilling life.
